Long Vs. Del Arque[Vargo City] Terraza, La Plancha Aragonesa     Covered in terracotta tiles, this long rectangular balcony is speckled with tables and chairs and offers a breathtaking view of Secant Bay. On the platform at the far end a band is in full-swing tonight playing a variety of salsa, merengue, and samba, and the adjacent dance floor is filled with merry-makers whose gentle laughter mingles with the music.  Black wrought-iron tables with glass tops each feature a lit candle set into a small round ceramic holder. All in a dreamThe arid desert sun beats down on the area, making the sands underfoot nearly as hot as a raging inferno. The Roman Coliseum stands tall against the beating of the sun, it's granite brick construction casting a deep shadow that spans about half of the arena proper. Why is the Coliseum in the desert you ask? Because you had too much NyQuil before you went to bed.  
 A middle-eastern man stands in the middle of it all, his form half in the shadow and half in the light. His robe glimmers, flapping in the dry wind, as white as the sun-bleached sand under his right side. "Hello there, miss..." He says, tilting his head with a smile. His All in a dream

Best...Day...Ever...

Woot! First Journal Entry ever! Wierd, eh? Well well my loyal fans (megandurnford, really...) I have seriously just had possibly the best day of my life. Here's some reasoning (in a nice numbered list, rawr!)


1. Nearly died! (No no, dying is not an objective of mine. In fact I'm really really afraid of it. It's just cool that I didn't die. XD. A pump explodered at work and nearly took me out but once again my charmed life allows me to live past a horrid, gruesome death. I just hope my luck doesn't run out soon. O.o)

2. Sold a bunch of stuff at work! (I pretty much saved the day, helping us make the week by selling not 1...but 2 Dolphin Pool Cleaners in 20 minutes. For those uninformed, the Dolphin Automatic Pool Cleaner is A. the coolest thing ebar and B. A $1000 sale and I sold 2! Yay!! Beat that Brad! Too bad I don't make commission...)

3. Someone I /really/ wanted to talk to is talking to me again! (I don't think she would want me to put up the details but still...Beeeeest part of my day! Hell...this is what freaking made it!)


HAAAAPPPY! Ok, I'll stop being all manic at some point...Send me notes, leave me comments...
